As scheduled on every Tuesday morning, the WCBD station Department Heads were meeting in the upstairs conference room when we were interrupted by a loud banging.
Engineering confirmed that just outside the conference room on the outside of the building lays a 5 inch drainage pipe responsible for roof runoff.
Our viewing area is currently in a Flash Flood Warning.
As you can see in the video, water gushed from the drainage areas and flooded our parking garage.
